Purchased Bread rolls from Sasol on Rietfontein Road Boksburg, Only when I got home and put my glasses on did I realise the rolls were already expired by two days. I returned the rolls this morning for exchange or refund and was treated very badly by the staff of Sasol on Rietfontein Road. All other customers were served around us even though we were first at the till, the teller continued to ignore us and serve other people until I had to get erate with him he then gave me my miserable ten bucks back but thought itthought it was a joke. It is evident that Sasol are not interested in building relationships with regular customers also that once the product is sold and they have your money in there till service stops there. All I can say is carry on with the bad attitude DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY SERVICE STATIONS HAVE COME AND GONE THROUGH BAD SERVICE. Personally I will now not support any Sasol and my company fleet of 45 vehicles will as of today be banned from using my petrol cards at any Sasol garage country wide. Wow a packet of rolls for R10.20 and staff attitude cost Sasol my fleet business petrol usage of R 1, 521 000-00 per annum thats a expensive packet of bread rolls
