I took my car in for the front right window which was making a noise as it was a noise that I had raised in my previous service, of which they attempted to fix it but after a few kilometres the noise came back. I took it in to VW centurion where I removed al valuable items, and placed my trench coat in the boat as the car was not going in for service but for a motor in the right window to be fixed.
Angelique my service representative did not provide me with timeous feedback as to the status on the status of my car and when I did get a call from her she was unsure as to whether my car had been fixed and after i probed her with a few questions she referred me to the mechanic which I wasn't to happy with
Nonetheless I proceeded to get to a lift to VW of which i was told the part that is needed to be placed in my car was out of stock which I was okay with, however upon joining the highway, I wanted to charge my blackberry only to find that my blackberry car charger was missing. I got home to check if my jacket was in the boot was still there and it was gone.
For me is totally unacceptable and the tone and the manner in which Angelique dealt with it was appalling
