Ridiculous after-service service and feedback

After my cars first service with BMW sandton auto at the end of December 2012 I noticed my fuel consumption was extremely high and my exhaust was burning black. I have a 2011 BMW 120d which had around 11000km on the clock at the time. I immediately contacted bmw and asked to speak to the service consultant I dealt with and was told he would call me back but he didn't. BMW then called me to find out how the service went and I told them what happened and they said they would get someone to call me back and no one did. After numerous attempt to get through to service dept, I asked to speak to the head of service, Sanjay, and he was never available and they said they would get him to call me back. This never happened. I tried so many times to get through to some one over the last 3 months that I am now tired. I even threatened if someone doesn't call me that I would take it up to BMW head office and hellopeter and it seems they couldn't care less as I have not received a call. I also have a Mercedes and the service I get from them is amazing. Further to all of this I went down to durban and my dad said that my exhaust is blowing. My first BMW and this is the service I get. Never again.
