As per our conversation earlier today, I have been unable to retrieve the invoice issued with previous repairs, refer "Shocking!!! Should not be in business! " dated 1 March 2013. As you have checked and was unable to find my name or details on record on your side, I understand why you are saying it must have been a different company I dealt with and I agree as I do not have the documentation to double check this. I sincerely apologise to you for any inconvenience caused by the report and will keep trying to retrieve the invoice in question to allow me to direct the enquiry to the correct company.

I wish you and Top Care Auto Clinic great success in the upcoming future and will be sure to refer you to anyone needing your expertise, the passion in and for your business shows in the manner you have approached and handled the query in question and this leaves me with no doubt that any and all work conducted by your team must be of top quality if they all have even a tenth of the passion and drive you have displayed.
