I phoned Ford assist tonight to ask them to help me because my 2006 Mazda drifter d/c broke down the lady that answered the call firstly asked my model of my Bakkie and I said 2006 then she told me that my roadside assistance is no longer valid so they cant help me I asked please I need help I wil pay cash no problem then she still say sorry we can't help, what would they do if a lady is alone next to the highway in a dangerous area and her vehicle broke down and ask for assistance, sorry we cant help. THiS IS Bull in my family we have 3mazda Bakkies and 4 ford ranger bakkiies, and this is how we get treated this is not on at all, they are glad to sell you the vehicles but a soon as there is a problem, sorry sir your assistance is no long valid, this is the most shocking thing I have ever heard, you need to look in to this and fast. With this attitude you are going to loose all our business, due to bad service
