We bought a 2nd hand car 3 months ago. It's been back to their mechanic 5 times for repair!!! No one knows what is wrong with the car, as it looses power for no reason. We've spent over R2000.00 for the repairs as they said the 6 month warranty is only if the engine seizes or the gearbox breaks. What is the use of a warranty if you still have to pay for repairs under 6 months???
I think they saw us (2 ladies) coming a mile away... or they really don't know what's going on. Either way... the car still looses power and we still have to pay R600.00 or more every time for the repairs or they won't return our car!
I've laid a complaint with MIOSA as well. And if things go on like this... they will be in the local papers!!
