Bought a brand new bike November last year. Since then it has been in for repairs 4 times, it leaks oil. If added up, it has been in for repairs for 3 months. It has 5000 km on.
Still not sure if it is repaired. When I got it back after the 3rd time it had new issues, it floods when opening up the throttle.
Asked the dealer principal to replace or refund me according to the consumer protection act. They are playing for time and I just want my money back. Even spoke to their head office. They pass the buck back to the dealer.
Obviously this bike is a dud and they don't want to recognise that.
