VW Menlyn - I have been promised numerous times over the last three days that my diagnostic report which I paid to get done would be delivered. Yesterday I was promised to be phoned back by the service agent within 10 minutes. 90 minutes later I had to phone him again. I was then promised that the report will be delivered personally to my home. Nothing happened. Not even a phone call this morning. This morning I complained to the service manager. An hour later he has still not gotten back to me on a simple question as to why I cant get the report for which I paid. This is appalling service if you consider the ridiculous fees you charge.
