Renew-it has bad service!

I sent in my car for repairs on the 1st of July, a Honda Civic 150i. i waited 4 weeks to get it back and when i was called for collection i found that they had dented the car and i refused to take it and demanded that they get it fixed. 2weeks later i receive a call from eddie saying my car is almost ready and i should come pick it up after 2 hours. Apon my arrival i found that the car is not finished, i was very angry and he gave me bad attitude saying "it is not finished yet so i must just relax". After 3days of leaving it there i called him and demanded to get my car back, i went to the dealership and waited for about 2hours. I demanded to see the manager who also took his time to attend to me, 45minutes to be exact. After hours of waiting i got my car only to discover that they didn't fix the dent they had to fix. So my car spent two weeks there for nothing. I desperately needed my car so i left with it like that. I sent in my car to be fixed and i get it back with a dent that wasnt there when i sent my car in and i got bad attitute from eddie the guy who was handling my case. it has been 2weeks and till today im waiting for the managers call!
