It took the mechanics at Sprinter Zone 2 months to fix a Mercedes Vito, and even when they said it would be fixed it wasn't. They constantly had excuses as to why nothing was being done. The vehicle was never attended to when it should have been. The mechanics and staff were less then helpful and didn't care much that I was in desperate need of my vehicle.
