Sprinter ZOne Isando has given me nothing but grief for the past 2 months and coutning. My Merc Vito has been sitting at the shop waiting to be fixed desperately, everyday is a new excuse as to why things have not been done, and everyday is a new problem which ultimately costs more money. No invoices or proof of work has been given by the mechanic Christo who was recommended by Sprinter ZOne, who apparently does not work with them. This man "works" on their property and they do not have a clue at how bad his customer service is. He does not have the time to work on other vehicles, and only works when he feels like it. I can not explain the grief I have received from this company due to lack of work ethic. When I eventually get my vehicle back-if they ever allow it to be removed, I have to have it reserviced to check the work they said has been done, and spend more money. I have lost a phenomenal amount of money waiting for my vehicle to be "repaired". Sprinter ZOne does not take responsibility for this, the Manager Brendon Bircher does not contact irate clients and settle disputes. I am so disappointed in a company which I thought would be awesome and help me where I needed it most
