As a new car owner having to face my first service, I was a bit wary of the treatment I would receive especially since I have heard horror stories of female clients being ripped off. Instead I was treated with the utmost respect, everything was explained to me and Casper phoned me throughout the day to keep me updated and allay my fears. He even went the extra mile and organised a driver to drop my car at home because I would not be able to make it on time to collect the car.
