Bad service with bad attitude

This is a filling station closer to my home, me and my husband use it all the time. We normally use garage or debit cards for services as they are safe to carry. He used my card a million times for petrol without any hustle but on this particular day (19-08-2013) at about 07h30, they refused to help me with his card for petrol. I don't understand why cause i had a card and pin and his id and a marriage certificate. The manager Albert was very rude when telling me that he can't help me with that card, i mean what happens if we were using a joint account? He was even talking to me in a language that i could not understand clearly. I think he or his management needs to establish some other forms of authentication for security measures, they cannot just kick us out like that while when in town where there are white people we get assisted. They need to know that even in a township not all blacks are or.
