Horrible service

Have been taking my vehicle to fiat westrand for over a year now and I must say their service is shambolic, my car was was taken in again in December for a major service, 2 weeks later my car startd making rattling sounds when I drive, I also bought a review mirror and was promised that I would receive a call when the mirrior arrived, I did not receive any call, instead I had to make numerous calls before I was advised that the mirrior was at the workshop, today when I get there I am told that there mirrior was not ordered and never paid for yet in ma receipt its there s a mirrior charge, I dealt with Gerald who gave me mad attidute and the walked away when I was still talking, spoke to his manager n hs attitude was even worse, your staff needs real proper ccustomer. Service training. I will never deal with them ever again
