STILL WAITING FOR MONEY BACK

Did not get my money back after 31 July 2013 it takes 48 - 72 hours.
I'm still waiting for it and its 13 August 2013.

And this all after I sent them email on the following dates

Still no reply???

How it usually work is they send a cancellation form to the bank.
STILL no REPLY.

I'm FED UP WITH THIS ISSUE.
