Tow bar still not working

I bought my KIA RIO in Midelburg and took ownership of the car without the tow bar being fitted (It was included in the quote). My car was then taken by a Middelburg representative to the Hatfield branch of KIA to have the tow bar fitted. Unknown to me that it was because of the tow bar, my rear right light stopped working after that. I took my car to silverlakes TWICE to have the a portion of the LED replaced, then eventually the entire LED replaced. During the 2nd visit when the entire LED light was to be replaced my husband was there and pointed to cables that where marked "left" and "right" but were placed vica versa. The investigation revealed that these were the tow bar cables and that they were connected incorrectly all together. The tow bar was disconnected and the rear light was fully functional again. I was told they would order new cables and tow bar would be reconnected. This was 3-4 months ago. I have received no call for the cables to be replaced. What kind of service is this?
