Having an accident is bad enough, i spoke to Joey from the 08/08/13 to give me a quote which my insurance needed before the assesor goes.by tue 3pm nothing was received. A call had to be made to the manager who then sent through the quote. Also needed my vin no.which i called through at 9 am.was told by Ashmita as well as Joey they would get back to me within minutes.by 12pm nothing was received and i had to send someone to get it.this is the worst panelbeater ever in a sence of NO customer [URL Removed] UNPROFESSIONAL.being in the service industry myself i have NEVER had to deal with such INCOMPETENT people before.
