Bad service

Courier was supposed to delivery urgent spectacles @ 16.00 on 12/08/2013. Had problems with transport, customer had to cancel her holiday. Lorika promised early delivery for 8.00 0n 13/08/2013. After numerous phone calls voicemails we got hold of Lorika @ 11.00 to complain that courier still did not delivery our URGENT PARCEL. She promised to come back to us. I phoned her again @ 12.00 and she had a very bad attitude. It is 14.00 now and still no parcel!!!
