Lack of response/customer service

I have had numerous problems with the dealer but ultimately I purchased a new Renault Sandero and a KIA Picanto. Following several unfortunate and unpleasant experiences I finally reached a point where I was under the impression that the situation had returned to normality.
The one outstanding problem with the KIA that I had that there was a chip on the vehicle which was attributed to when the vehicle was collected on a flatbed truck from my residence when it failed to start. A new battery was fitted and the ongoing problem was sorted out.
On 14 March I collected the vehicle and Nico assured me that he would contact me within a week to sort the scratch.
I have tried to contact him several times and have had NO response to 6 or so emails I have sent.
It is as though the message is that I should simply accept the situation and not make a nuisance of myself.
I regret ever having purchased vehicles and extended service packages as I would personally prfer to have nothing further to do with the dealership but am now "locked in" to the dealership as I cant afford to change the vehicles at this time. I would however never buy another vehicle from this dealer or be able to reccomend them.
