I contacted KCR to find out how far they are with my bike that I sent in for repairs after an accident, and they said that they have all my parts to complete my bike, however they have other jobs that must be completed they don't have the time to assemble it before Friday the 2nd. I drove to fetch the bike to assemble it myself, however not all the parts were present. Saturday I went back to collect the remaining parts only to find that they have not ordered all the parts needed. They said it should be there on Thursday 8th. They phoned me on Thursday saying that all is there. I said I will come pick it up on Saturday the 10th and when I arrived only one of the parts came. That was the third time i drove to them under false information. I expected them to be allot more professional as they are highly recommended by other bikers.
