Efused to sell me what i wanted

Wanted electricity and the guy behind the counter went on to tell me he doesnt want to sell it to me because i did not know how to use it... i told him just sell it to me anyway i will read the instructions on the slip... he told me no and that i should go buy from pick n pay... i humiliated me infront of people telling me that i must leave... i took my money and left but the embarrassement is unforgettable... this isnt the first time they have done this to me... service delivery there is just revolting
