Bought a brand new Vehicle and Not happy at all

Bought a brand new vehicle for R150 000 have done 7000km on the car and then the motor gives problem bending valves. They collect the car and don't give any feed back or try to satisfy the client. I have been trying to resolve the problem and even told them I don't want the car back I want a new one as I am paying for it. They cannot help me and keep on passing the bucket keep on putting me thru to the mechanic to resolve my problem. It has been the 10th day today my car is in their workshop and not even a phone call when I phone they can't help and just tell my they have to fix the car I want a new car.
How can I pay for a new vehicle it packs up and they expect me to keep the old one should they not satisfy the client and give me a new vehicle.
