Disapointing Service

I write this complaint with deepest regret. Regret for ever dealing with Peugeot Umhlanga. I have purchased 2 vehicles to date but they do not value their clients. I had taken my vehicle to a car wash at the shell garage in durban north. On collection of my vehicle, the attendant tells me he cannot find my keys, this was yesterday (06/08/13). I reported the matter to the manager at shell who advised that they (shell) will cover the cost of a replacement set but they require a quote from my dealer asap as he will be on leave as of thursday (07/08/13). I called my dealer, salesperson Daniel who I have been dealing with before and he transferred me to Stanley. Stanley promised to provide a quote by the morning (07/08/13) but till now hasn't, even after my numerous mails and phone calls. I told him the matter is of the utmost urgency as my car is now at risk of being. Both Daniel and Stanley have yet to provide me with feedback. Very disapointing.
