Poor Sevice Delivery

BMW delivered me with a car not diagnostically tested after the service was carried out, and it is company policy to do so, hence they delivered me with an unsafe not roadworthy car. As soon as I left the BMW premises all the sensor lights came on and the brakes were noisy. i reported it 2 days later becoz i thought the new brakes will settle.i reported this via email and verbal phone call, the lady said bring the car in but before i could do that the car ceased to mobilise, they sent a pick up and then quoted me R5400 to repair a starter. I suggested i be compensated for the repairs in lieu of bad service, rudeness and avoiding the issue of non-compliance. for a huge mega million franchise they should live up to their policies> I was unfairly dealt with and if R100 people ad day like me are disgruntled with no justice, sure BMW will close down in South Africa.. I still do not have my vehicle and no contact from them. I need to have this bad service and unsafety of customers exposed. Children could die, its madnees really.
