Last night my car broke down, I spoke to a very efficient gentleman (Xolani) from BMW ON CALL. He arranged for my vehicle to be towed to Alberante in Alberton. This morning at about 9am I phoned to make sure they have my vehicle, everything is in order and to request a courtesy vehicle as my car is still under warranty. I was told by Nicole that they have a 6 weeks waiting period and basically cannot do anything about it. She then said her manager will phone me, it's been almost 3hours and i'm still waiting for her call.
I have now phoned the BMW Customer Service and the same manager is still not available!! It's highly irritating and frustration that I was unable to go to work and no one has a solution for me. There has been no attempt from BMW to secure a vehicle for me. What do they expect? That I don't go to work for the next 6 weeks??? I am highly offended how the brand I love and admire so much is treating me like this. I need to have a car, today!
