NO SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEREST

After being a member of Autocare the unlimited for more than a year, we are still battling to get our membership card, cause without that, Autocare refuses to attend to our vehicle. We've send emails and we called them several times and all they do is making empty promises. One thing they are quick with, is taking our money every month. We've paid over R1200 and they didn't even touch our vehicle. I've spoken to a Charlene to cancel the policy but it sounded like she was looking for excuses like, she can't see any calls or complaints logged on their system. She didn't want us to cancel because "SHE DOESN'T WANT US TO LOOSE THE MONEY WE'VE PAID"!!!??? We've already lost it cause we got NO service at all. My husband spoke to a Roland and he didn't even apologize for their pathetic "service" and just said "your policy is now cancelled". I certainly DO NOT recommend them to anybody.
