I feel compelled once again to complain about Motostars Action Vehicles in Cape Town. In October 2012, I purchased a classic MGB Roadster. The experience was so poor that I resorted to sharing my experience on Hello Peter. Well the misery continues. The car was sold to me with the undertaking that a tonneau cover would be received. It was not. I complained. The tonneau cover was found on the premises torn and in no fit condition. After a considerable delay Motostars conceded they would order a new replacement. On December 5th Motostars confirmed they had received the tonneau cover owed me. They also confirmed they had seen my first Hello Peter complaint and intimated that I should withdraw my complaint. In reply I expressed my wish to receive the tonneau cover and looked forward to them recovering my customer care. Since that date I have not received the tonneau cover and no longer receive any replies to e-mails. Motostars have demonstrated a flagrant disregard for customer care and contract undertakings.
