Non Existing Response to complaint

On 10 July 2013 i took my car for its 15000km service and and as that they attend to the alignment of the back hatch. When the car was returned the service manager informed me that a request was logged with Nissan SA as my request is not covered by the service. A week later I was informed that Nissan SA was not willing to attend to my request - the all algnment was checked with PDI. I read through the warranty booklet and according to page W14 all adjustments are covered for the first 12 months. I phoned Nissan SA five times in the last 4 weeks- only two twice they came back to me. Their first response after the third time I phoned was they will follow up with their warranty dept. Their second response after my fifth phone call was they are still looking into the matter. How long do they want to look into the matter?
