From the moment I stepped into the Super Shield office (08h00, 30 July), the attitude of the receptionist (Nimisha) was a dark cloud that sucked the life and energy of any soul in the vague vicinity of her presence. This extended to her customer service "skills", with examples such as the use of snappy and boisterous conversational tone, physical displays of frustration (flinging the clipboard and pen towards me, and yanking them back before I was done reading the fine-print), ignoring my questions, and a general lack of respect for fellow humans.

The horrid experience continued when I called back (15h00) to enquire about my vehicle, and later on when picking up my vehicle as well (16h00). At this point, I asked to speak to the manager (Kevin), and asked him to get someone to contact me regarding the dreadful service I experienced, and the missing flash drive from my vehicle.

After not having heard from them in 3 days, I made a follow up call to Super Shield and asked to speak to Kevin. Nimisha (bright spark as she is) forgot to mute the call, and transferred the call to Kevin stating that it's "the rude guy".

I've had enough! Hence this post.
