I had to replace my car's windscreen and got 3 quotations from "local" auto glass fitment centres. PG Autoglass from Kuruman quoted the lowest and they were even willing to replace the windscreen at my work place. My work place is about 100 km from Kuruman and I was not charged for this extra service. This is now really going the extra mile and they can be sure of my future support and I will also tell my friends and colleagues about this. Finding businesses that are willing to go the extra mile is a rarity in South Africa - keep it up and thanks.
