After 1000s of phone call and report still GWM is giving the worst service every.
My car has been broken sins 1000km now on 25000 and month later still no car have lodge a complaint with motor ombudsman.
My car is now in Queenstown with broken gear box and engine who has been for the last 2 day trying to start car and never returns phone call, owner of gwm Queenstown just blame his mechanic.
Don't even want to start with GWM North end Port Elizabeth where car was bought the owner there refuse to assist in any way and that was confirmed with the regional staff that said he is very unhelpfull and we should use the new branch in PE (That coming from a head office)
Spoke to the regional staff of gwm sa Donovan just keeps saying will phone us back as Nicky his Bose is in meeting. Got hold of Nicky on our own he said nobody has told him about our case and he will immediately sort this prob but now does not answer or reply to any of our calls Tried phoning gwm head office spoke to Patricia there a few times but keep saying there are no person that I can speak to.
