Last year i purchased a bmw from Melrose Nissan a dealership that is renowned for selling top end cars such as Ferraris, porsches etc. When you purchase a car from a dealership like this you expect them to provide you with the best service, best after sales service and a top notch vehicle.
my experience has been far from that.
a couple of months after taking ownership my rear view mirror fell off when i had it checked it out i was told the windscreen had been replaced & not correctly, i spoke to Melrose about this and they basically told me to sodd off. I was also continously troubled by a slow puncture when i had it repaired i was told by supa quick that both my rear rims were cracked and that the tyres on the car were not run flat (std on a car like this) & not BMW approved. 3rdly & most importantly because i'm a stickler for things like i insisted on a car that was accident free. i was assured that it was. when at BMW a few weeks back i was informed that there is a R50 000 comment on the motor plan for accident damage. bottom line: dont buy from them the service is poor and they lie.
