Bad Service covering there faults and keep client

Car recently broke down Hyundai advise it's going to cost R30 000 and told me it's not on warranty.
Received bad service ask them to assist they don't respond to your question (s) and they try to cover their faults. After long battle been advised all is under warranty after 2 weeks but now they can't assist with courtesy car they don't even try to help just tell you NO. They only want your money and want to make the sale then the rest is history they only cover for each other and the client comes second. Sending a lot of e-mails no one is responding. they are covering their tracks they made the sale and the don't care anymore.
