On the 18 July 2013 i took my car to McCathy Nissan End street to be fixed because there was smoke coming out of the air vents. the said there's something faulty with the thermostart.
They also advised me that they dont have parts in stock and i havo wait a week before i can get my car back.
i went to check the car on friday, 26 July 2013 & the car was still in the wrkshop. Vusi & the service dept foreman told me that the car will be ready on wednesday, 31 July & when i call they posponed to Friday 02 Aug 2013
I am very frustrated because no one is coming back to me to update me about the status of my cr. I have to call them all the time to check & they always postpone. i have to rely on public transport or lift to & from work because they are taking forever to fix my car and n one bothers to tell me whats happening. They are treating me as if they are doing me a favour.
