Misleading and not caring

I bought a Yaris which has got a service plan. I took it for a service last Friday, when I fetched the car there was a R1200 account I had to pay! Firstly the years and kilos are still within the plan specs, secondly they never phoned me to give me options of either waiting to get the money or make alternative plans to get it serviced on another day or at another place. They just left it and when I fetched the car I had to pay this amount? I did not budget for it, especially not in January! They also did not offer to make arrangements to pay it off or anything, just PAY! I feel that Toyota was never honest with me and also left me in the dark and even if the kilos and years are still in spec, I must just pay!? And to top it all up, the fuel filter was not replaced and I must go back AGAIN for this and pay R800 again. What kind of service is this??
