We traded in our car end january beging febuary 2013. I cancelled the deal because the car will just die and the dealer couldnt tell me what was wrong with the car.
( The car is bought on my fathers name) My father contacted the banks to cancelle the deal and everything was fine.
Till my dad recieved a letter saying he has an outstanding fine that was issued mid feb and the car has been soled to a person that is in Kathu (northen cape). the car was cancelled but at the traffic it is still on my fathers name, and we have tried everything but no succees. The police say they cant do anything about it, the dealer Tommy says its not his problem.
If my father phones him he keeps sayingthat he will do it now but he just doesnt do it and now that cars license also has expired...
