I am writing this to you a very unhappy Peugeot customer.

I have had nothing but drama ever since I bought it. I bought this car in 2011 July, shortly after that I started getting 'engine fault' errors. I reported this to the dealer and was told to bring the car in which I did and they could not pick up anything. I took back the car and a week later the signal started appearing again. This is a brand new car and I simply could not understand all these faults happening. It was only after I complained on Helo Peter that I was offered a courtesy car, I simply do not understand why one has to go to extremes to get service.

In December my car started flooding (photo attached) I reported the matter to Peugeot and was told to bring the car in so they could check it out, which I did, I was told to come and collect the car as the error had been fixed, a week later the same thing happened. Yesterday the engine error appeared again and 30 minutes later the car broke down on me and had to be towed back to vereeniging.
How many times must i report one error before someone takes note of my problem, i am appauled by the treatment i get from Peugeot
