I received a package from Durban delivered by RTT.
This pacakge was addressed to me, but the content of the goods was not for my attention.
I have phoned the Durban and Johannesburg offices respectively in order to obtain a contact number for the sender, in order to advise him accordingly and enquire what to do with the goods delivered.
6 weeks has now passed since the delivery of the goods, numerous phonecalls and e-mails have been generated and I still do not have a contact number for the sender.
