Bought a 2nd hand car from Bmw Zambezi, took ownership around 13/03/2013. I was happy with the presales service I got from them, but that's where it ended. There were three items "outstanding" on the car which they promised to sort out afterwards, one of which was my spare key.

They took absolutely no responsibility for sorting these things out and I had to keep following up. The first two items eventually got actioned, but only after my consistent follow-ups.

After more than four months, numerous verbal and written followups and even a couple of Hellopeter threats I still don't have my spare key. Every time I request it it they promise to me within the next week. I'm basically getting brushed off here. I'm sure the key has been lying there for weeks, they just can't make the effort to let me know or to get it to me.

After you drive off with your car from Bmw Zambesi and they wave bye to you, you drop to the bottom of their priority list. It is such a pity because it soured my whole experience. Now I rate them below a startup backyard car scarp dealer.
