Ibought my bakkie a tata xenon 2.2l in march 2012 brand new and was told by the salesman that the first service is dew on 15000 km. Itook the bakkie for the service to KIA at the glen for the service only to be told 20min later that it cant be done because the service is overdue and not coverd by the service plan. A gentleman by the name of KENDEL GEORGE from LIQUID CAPITAL phoned me and told me the service was due in march 2013.The service had to be done after 1 year whether or not it was on 15000km. I followed it up with TATA edenvale because I was miss-informed and want the service. This was 2 weeks ago and still no reply or assistance from them. I had nothing but service from them from day 1
