I ordered parts in May, waited until Friday 5 July 2013 and when I drove from Rustenburg to Montana to collect the parts, everything was wrong. I did provide the VIN number of my vehicle but even the colour-coding of my ordered parts was wrong. I spoke to the dealer principle but she had the most hostile attitude I've ever encountered. The people employed in the parts division doesn't have any knowledge regarding parts. Is this really the way in which Ssangyong is operating? I'm very happy with the car I'm driving but would not buy a Ssangyong again after the way I've been treated.
