I will not ever recommend or refer a potential buyer to this garage. My husband and I went to view a Suzuki Grand Vitara I noticed several chip marks on the vehicle as it was a second hand purchase I pointed it out to sales man, he informed me that the vehicle leaves their premises spotless and it gets checked through thoroughly and we leave as happy clients, which I was happy about. The day came to pickup the vehicle the chips marks was not rectified and we were informed about a bodyline insurance we have with our purchase to fix it ourselves further more the first contracted that was calculated was incorrect therefor the monthly instalment was incorrect a second contract was redeemed and was signed, now 2 months later the first incorrectly calculated instalment gets deducted from our account which was supposed to be paid up by Centurion Select which was once again done incorrectly without the first instalment. When we enquire with the FNI she informs us she will fix the problem, second month now it has still not happened, the customer now has to go and reverse the debit order and has to pay the bank charges ect. we are on the verge to try and cancel the deal USELESS and SHOCKING!
