This morning (9:30) I had my vehicle booking in for a service and some other concerns at your Fourways / Cedar branch:
- Mazda 323 service
- New brakes
- Water leak to be repaired
I informed the lady Portia there was a specific way to start my car as it had a very old immobilizer system on it
I was also informed after they had finished the service, they would phone me for the cost of the brakes as well as the water leak.
HOWEVER,
By 2pm, I STILL had not had a phone call, hence I phoned them and was put through to 'Peter' - who I can understand is the manager of the services??
He informed me ONLY AT THAT TIME;
- They were having trouble starting my car (clearly no-one listened when I informed them)
- They could not find a water leak, I clearly told them I have to re-fill my water every single day, surely a car service establishment should easily find that
- I have no not received a phone call with a price for the brakes
- APPARENTLY they had completed the service
I informed them to not touch my car further and I was coming to collect it.
When I arrive there, with my colleague, we insist to see a mechanical certificate from the people that worked on my ca
