I bought an Ironing Board from Boardman's, quite an expensive one two. After returning it for the third time they say they don't have it in stock but will get one from Menlyn and I will have to wait in an excess of a week for it. Yes of course we all have three spares under the bed and can wait for a week.
I called Edcon and after being put through to a voice mail a couple of times was told that they don't have managers in the complaints department. HA HA HA flipping ha.
What rubbish do you sell if it only lasts for two weeks? I insist on a proper ironing board with two new covers.
If they said that they don't have competent managers, yes that I can believe and see. They also my Edgars account, please go and see the mess. They gave me a board at double the price, of course the very expensive covers would not fit as well as I bought two extra the first time.
I drive up and down replacing poor quality goods.
