We booked Johannesburg Movers to help move our Elderly Grandparents from Pietermarizburg to Johannesburg today, Sunday 30th June. I called on Friday to check that everything is on order for our trip and Liz assured me that it's all systems go. They promised to be here around 9am or 10am and its 2pm now we are still waiting.
They didn't even bother calling or sending an email to explain or apologize.
We are sitting in another province waiting for them. Another family is waiting to move into the house. We don't even know if they are still on the way! Never in my life have I ever experienced such blantant disregard of customer service!
