Shocking (non) service from Sales

Today, Deposit in hand to place myself on a waiting list for the DEFINITE FUTURE PURCHASE of the New Merc A-class, I was greeted by closed doors and a handful of MERCEDES representatives surely seeing but ignoring me from their desks.

My boyfriend called the Sandown Bryanston dealership informing that we would like to take a closer look at the A-class and inquired on the closing time. Samantha mentioned that the dealership closes at 13:00 and we immediately left to reach the dealership on time.

We arrived 5 MINUTES past 13:00 (Sam knowing that we are on our way) just to wait at closed doors and Mercedes staff blatantly trying to ignore our presence.

During a 20 minute time span of me persistently standing at the entrance door, I watched 4 possible clients peering into the windows, knocking and trying to get their attention, granted they were already quite late as per trading hours.

I was certain I would be paying my deposit today and be one step closer to owning a brand new Merc A-class.

If this is the attitude of staff representing Mercedes, I'd rather take my business to another competitor as QUALITY PERSONNEL represent QUALITY CARS a phrase MANY will surely agree with!!
