Terrible service received at the Clearwater branch of BMW. Car continually had problems, always on diagnostic machines etc: parts replaced but car was never serviced! As a result a of an oil sludge build up, which has now cost me over R70, 000 to fix, I get blamed for non maintenance of car. No attempt to resolve or response from Jano Kruger. Escalated to Vandi Winlock, BMW complaints line and again to the customer service complaint.. No response, pathetic! This complaint has been ongoing since end JULY 2012.
If you are considering buying a BMW think twice. I do not believe SA has the ability to repair or maintain a world class German BMW. Disgrace.
