Good Day

I took my car for service at Toyota Midrand on the 13th of Jun 2013 for 150 KM and i was charged R3997.92 and on the 14th of Jun i drove to Eastern Cape for long weekend and on my way back 17/06/2013 i had a breakdown and i organised a mechanic for assistance, yes the car was towed to his yard only to find it out its fuel pump that is giving me problems and nothing was replaced only wiring from the petrol tank was disconnected but Toyota Midrand told me that they never open the petrol tank. I had to go through my dust bin to find the replacement parts from they workshop only to find it out the fuel pump was replaced and i took them straight to their workshop but Renier Erasmaus (Service Manager) is ducking trying to play technical to me and i'm not technical that is why i took all my cars to them for service, i've email Mr Dirk (Principal Dealership still waiting for his response and i don't blame him because Renier was suppose to handle my case as per his position but i'm not happy at all) I'm asking to Toyota to reimburse me for towing and Mechanics fees that i've paid.
