I took delivery of my brand new polo vivo in March 2013, on 14 April i experienced over heating issues, the heat gage shot up so i called in and had the car towed to Alpine motors in pinetown, the car was only doing 1850km's at that time. It took 7days days before my car was returned to me and this vehicle is used as my business car as i own a driving school. The same issue of over heating occured for the 2nd time on 15May, again the car was taken in for 7days. At 6:30am this morning before setting out to a licence test this issue arose, my client was outragged as this hampered their test. My car has been taken in for the 3rd time and i am totally frustrated with VW, i have incurred a tremendous liablity have to hire driving school vehicles each time my Vivo troubles. VW has not taken ownership of this problem and have not offered any compensation for the expenses incurred and my time lost.
