Poor service (Gross Negligence)

I brought my car (vw polo 1.4 6R) for 120 000 km service on the 25th June 2013 and was told that my service advisor will be Wessel Ferreira. I left my car in their good hands trusting that they kow what they are doing, around 10:30 he called me and we agreed on things to be replaced and he also added that my service plan provider has authorised for a normal service. Agreed right... at approximately 14:30, he called me once again telling me that they are done with my car and i should fetch it around 16:30 as they have to wash it. The time went by and 16:30 passed, at 16:50 i called the reception asking when they will pick me me up as they always do. I asked to be transfered to Wessel and was told he is busy with the customers "not sure if i was not one of the customers" He the returned my call aroung 17:16 to be precise and thats when he told told me that his guys broke the ignition coil and that my car is not in good condition. He said he is waiting for his manager "so they may discuss the incident. I was told my car will be ready the next day the 26th. On the 26th around 11:30 his manager called me telling me that the cost will be invoiced to me. I want this to be investigated!
